DAIRY PROCESSING EQUIPMENT:- Our range of equipments in dairy plants

1. RMRD equipments: Roller conveyors, chain conveyors, weigh bowl, dump tanks,

Can dip saver, can wash trough, can scrubber, and can and crate washers etc…

2. Process line equipmentS: Plate heat exchangers, plate pasteurization plants,  homogenizers and cream separators.

3. Storage tanks: Insulated & Uninsulated storage tanks for milk will be made from 5000 to 60,000 liters MS and SS outer as per NDDB specifications.

4. Ghee and butter Equipments:

Above All Equipments will be made as per NDDB Standards.

5. CURD and Butter milk section: - Multi purpose vats, incubation tank, mixing tanks, butter milk pasteurizers,

6. ICE cream making equipments, paneer making equipments and cheese making equipments

7. CIP systems: Centre in place cleaning system for cleaning of dairy equipments in large processing plants. The semi/automatic CIP system PLC based with 1 and 2 circuit systems.

8. Refrigation:- Skid mounted in built refrigeration system for chilling of milk products. It consist of IBT tank, IBT coil, Condensed coil, Ammonia receiver, ammonia accumulator, all internal pipe lines etc….

8a. Refrigeration system in standard method:- IBT tank with civil construction as per site lay out and IBT coils Ammonia coils as per site lay outs.

9. Utilities:-IBR and non IBR steam Boilers, hot water generators, air compressor, diesel generators.

FRUIT PROCESSING  EQUIPMENTS:-

1. Fruit Washing section:- Fruit washer, inspection roller conveyor and crate washer.

2. Pulping Equipments:- Tip cutting conveyors, mango inspection conveyors, destoner, pulpurs, finishers, balance tanks and pre heater(shell in tube), screw conveyors SS, MS

3. Filling and Packing Section:- Spiral pasteurizer (Shell in tube system), can filling system, can reforming equipments, can sealing equipments, can heating retorts ,and can cooling system.

4. Utility System:- IBR steam boilers, water softener, air compressor, D.G Sets and steam and water pipe lines erection and commissioning.
